GREAT! Every time I put them in the wash I'm thrilled because I've saved (or gained) a little bit of money (to get myself a printer...heh heh heh). :) Since the last time I posted ...I think I started using cloth diapers on July 12th, and since then I haven't bought any disposable diapers! Whoohoohoo! 3 weeks means about 3 to 4 thousand yen...kana??? I'm just estimating here. It could be more...it could be less.
Of course, I do have a pack of disposables under the crib at all times for when I go out, or when I'm super tired and don't want to do any washing, or when he's pooed through all the covers.
Anyway, it's been working out good for me as it's a bit different and almost a time of escape from baby. :) I can't wash cloth diapers with one hand now can I! heh heh! So, I either do it when he's sleeping or when Josh is home. :)
Another pro to cloth diapers is that you don't have to keep emptying out your stinky garbage can that gets full every single day when using disposables. :) So, that's super nice.
Anyway, we'll see if I want to continue this when he's older and running around with "big ones" in his diapers. Haha!
(Note: BTW, Boobin [his current nickname] is spread out in the cloth diapers in these photos...just in case you didn't realize.)
aww he's getting so cute! And so good at tummy time!
ReplyDeleteLOL he just loves those cloth nappies, he is sooo adorable. really strong too! great that cloth is working out for you!
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute and handsome little boy! I shouldn't say little because he's probably a monster compared to my tiny little pip-squeak monster baby. LOL
ReplyDeleteHim rolling around in his diapers.. lol. Oh, he`s so cute and growing so fast!
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad cloth diapers are working for you. They really do save money so I hope you are able to stick with it!
ReplyDeleteI don't understand how ur cloth diapers are ... they look like real 'cloth' diapers ... mine are WAY easier and are shaped like real diapers ... how do yours work? Can you take a picture to show me?
