Posting ...

My camera came...but the SD card didn't come with it so I'm waiting till Saturday rolls around when I can go to the store and buy one so I can start taking photos! Then you'll be sure to get photos and more blog posts from me.

Josh went to Gabe (of Windy's) new house to put their flooring down for them. He's got the special tools and skills for that, so they asked for his help. He's coming home late tonight so...I'm having my rest night on my own...as a single person! I'll either watch a movie or invite some people to come hang out with me and play cards or UNO or something. :)

I love you all and wish I could spend this evening with you guys.

Happy Birthday Busan!

Yay, it's my younger brother's birthday!

Happy Birthday Busan (Chris)!
I'm sorry I don't have a more recent photo of you in my computer.
Bu, I wish you a wonderful birthday filled with LOTS of love and happiness. I hope that this new year will bring many good challenges, excitement, change, and exeriences that'll help build your character into something even greater and more deeper than you already are. :) You're such a bright young man filled with a bunch of knowledge! (It must be from all those books that you read.) I pray that God will bless you with not only knowledge but wisdom as well. And I pray that the Lord will be able to use you and all that knowledge for His glory!
You're such a sweet and loveable guy! I miss you and hope to visit you soon (when things aren't so busy).
Lots of hugs, love, and of course kisses!!!

Yay!

I finally bought a Nikkon D5000 Camera! Whew! It took me months to find a good and cheap deal.

I've been looking in Yahoo Auction and other places for months, but whenever the auction time is almost up, the price goes WAY up to around 60 or 70 thousand yen. Whew...way over my price range! I got all discouraged this last week cuz I just couldn't find the camera that I wanted with in my price range, (because it's pretty impossible) but LAST NIGHT!!! -it happened!
I sat there watching the auction for the camera that I wanted. There was 10 more minutes left, and the prices started rising pretty fast. I bid; another 5 minutes gets added. Then another person bids even higher...then another... I then put in my last price and prayed out loud, "Lord, if it's Your will for me to get this camera, then PLEASE help no one else to bid after me." After that I waited, and no one bid! I got the camera that I wanted! Whooohooo!!! Now...Let's see if it's really all that good! hahah!
Now when I go and visit you guys, I'll be able to take my own camera with me and take photos for memory! :) I'm especially looking forward to taking photos of my nieces and nephews. Oohhh. Can't wait!!

Audio Bible Website

Here's an awesome website full of Christian Audios (Bible, Reflections, From Jesus with Love's, etc.) for you to listen to when you're taking a break; cleaning the house; cooking a meal; traveling; etc. etc.

http://www.audiobiblekjv.org/

Don't miss their documentary showing two trips they took to the Ik people and how they are teaching them the Gospel by using wind-up tape players and more. I never knew about this Ik tribe till I watched this documentary. :)

Purple & Wood

The other day Joan and I decided to take some "nice" photos (for Josh) up in the hill right next to our house. So, I got some clothes together; Joan put some make up on me, and we both took a little stroll to the woods. She pulled out her beautiful camera and started snapping photos. I did a bit of "climbing" trees and stuff, but those didn't turn out so good. Ha! Here's a few that I thought were good. :)

It's MEG's Day!!!

Happy Birthday Meg!

It's Meg's birthday and it DID NOT RAIN!!! Do you remember telling me that you never had a "rainy" birthday, even though your birthday is in the "rainy season"? Awesome!

I would like to dedicate this post to my best childhood friend, Megumi Hirasawa. You have been with me through thick and thin, good and bad, easy and difficult, happy and sad times, etc. etc. etc. You've seen the worst of me as well as my best and you still loved me for who I was. You knew me inside and out and...man oh man... oh man, I couldn't have survived my teen years without you. I love you so much!

So, because I'm not such a good writer...and I'm more of a visual person, I decided to post some good ol' photos of beautiful Meg, in her younger years. These photos were taken somewhere in between 2003~2004. I don't have any OLD time photos on my computer and don't have the time to scan them and do the "whole works". Wish I could. I also thought I didn't need to post recent photos of her because if you go to her blog you'll have all the best of them. So...these oldie goldie photos are the real deal, priceless thing. And...Meg, please let me know if you want ANY of them taken down and I will do so in a jiffy. :) Ha! I hope you won't be mad at me for posting... :P
SO HERE WE GO!
First photo: Meg, you've always had such beautiful long hair! ...but, I guess people want to see your face...so moving on.

What could be more beautiful than Meg's hair, you may think! More beautiful than her hair...is her face! Meg, I always thought you were beautiful, even those times when you thought you were ugly and disgusting. Yes, even those "bad hair days-frizzy hair".

You were always so kind and tenderhearted. You were strong and knew exactly what you wanted most of the time, which was good for me to see as, although I may SEEM to know what I want, really...I'm usually deciding something AS I'm pondering it. Strange...but true.
You had such a gift of accepting me and others around you for who they were and you never really looked down on others.

I love your many face expressions and foolish "poses" when you are in one of those "crazy Meg" moods. I miss you so much!

Meg was even the person who peirced Gabe's and my belly when we wanted to do something crazy and different. You did a great job!

Meg, you do CRAZY things and are a crazy person at heart. You look soo cute as a clown! You're the kind of clown kids want to go to (because normally, they're scared of clowns, but you were/are cute).

Here's just a few photos of us together at different times. I remember we were unseparable. We were/are blood sisters! I remember even writing a little poem together, well...me watching you write a poem about us. (Like I said...I'm not a writer. Ha!)

Oh...Well, this isn't Meg. But Lils, I just had to add this to the collection! This was our number one hilarious photo for about a week!

I remember you, Meg, always being a good teamworker and partner. You were always encouraging, supportive, understanding, and a good listener. You were also such a good teacher and caretaker. Kids loved you and I'm sure still love you! You'll be such a great mom someday!

I wish I was there to celebrate your birthday with you! Congratulations!! I wish you the best and pray that your year will be awesome! I love you! Happy Birthday!

Today I walked into the dining room and here's what I saw! What a cute sight! She actually had a plate with a piece of pizza right under her face, but when I ran to get a camera, Mary (her mom) had moved the plate. :( Too bad, it would have been a pretty funny photo.
